Save the Date! The second European Networking Event “Succeessful R&D in Europe” takes places next year on March 4 2010 at Düsseldorf International Airport.

Accounting to the great success of this year’s first European Networking Event with more than 200 participants, “Successful R&D in Europe” will again pave the way for networking and winning potential project partners for FP7.

Researchers from universities, companies and research institutions are invited to present project ideas within these topics:

Information and communication technologies (ICT)
Nanotechnologies, new materials and production technologies
Energy

A call for presentations starts in November 2009 for participants from North Rhine-Westphalia and the partner regions Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France as well as Poland and Russia.

There will be multiple opportunities to discuss proposals and project ideas during the event with potential partners. The event aims at giving a platform to initiate joint European R&D projects.

Event 2009

Dr. Christian Patermann, Prof. Buzeck, now President of the European Parliament, and NRW Minister for Innovation Prof. Pinkwart promoted European R&D projects at the 2009 European Networking Event (f.l.t.r.).
